Sammendrag
Challenges for succession in family farming - Perspectives and research questions. This paper aims to illuminate the different aspects of and challenges for, succession in familiy farming in the Norwegian context. Achivement of successful succession on family farms is not only crusial for the maintenance of active farms and for the future of agriculture but also for many rural areas.
